Hibiscus Island is is part of the collection of manmade islands found on Biscayne Bay in between Miami and Miami Beach although it's officially considered to be part of the barrier island. Hibiscus Island is slightly north of Palm Island and is considered one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Miami. You can easily reach the island via the MacArthur Causeway.
Hibiscus Island real estate generally consists of inland and waterfront estates, the latter often available with boat docks as one of the features. Palm and Hibiscus Island are guarded 24 hours a day and have a central park with basketball, tennis, and a playground. It has some of the most highly regarded real estate in Miami and is highly sought after. Since Hibiscus Island is between Miami and Miami Beach it takes about the same amount of time to visit the many sights and sounds in both cities which exponentially increases the amount of things to see and do.
